I recently acquired a Phoenix/Saymang 500 f/8. The first mirror lens
I've owned.
I'm not in love with this lens. It difficult to focus partly due to the
f/8 fixed aperture and mostly due to the soft imaging quality. It is
light, mostly plastic so I question its durability.
I haven't seen a Viv*tar lens, but ther have been some decent comments
on the list regarding the Sigma 600mm.
