It was made by Butterfield Photographic Manufacturing Co. in England with
the idea that when you changed your camera type you kept your bellows and
bought new mounts, or they'd make you an adaptor for just about any lens. I
sent them a 135 Tessar from an old plate camera, and a microscope objective,
for each of which they provided a mount at a very reasonable cost. They
ceased trading a few years ago, since when it's been left to SRB of Luton to
make a few threaded only mounts.

Yes, they sell for around £35, er... $50. Maybe you could trade with Donald
McDonald, who has a BPM set with just 42mm thread mounts.
