Gregg,
If you are caught driving "faster so I can get through sooner" in Kentucky you
will find out if you are "legal". What you suggest is not legally a possibility
in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Do not believe everything you are told!! Btw,
have you ever heard of the statue of limitations? Am I missing something or
does your post have anything to do with Olympus??
