What happened to that darkroom class you took?

If you're scanning negs at home, shoot Tri-X, develop when you get
home (a tank, changing bag and chemicals are all you really have to
have), and then scan away. Unless, of course, you really like the
look of the TCN-400.

Consider a few rolls of CZ-800. Shoots great at 400, very nice at
800, and can be shot at 1600 with no compendsation required. Very
versatile and handy if the weather turns or you shoot indoors.
