Ah! but you see, attorneys and corporations can threaten all they
want,regardless of the grounds of their case. In other words, they lied and
intimidated the photographer enough  that he got scared and quit. That DOES
NOT mean that they had a case! All it means is that they scared the shit out
of him and he stopped. I discussed this with some of the more experienced
people here at the Office and they all thought it was horse shit. 

Which means, if you are in business, you absolutely MUST have an attorney on
your side!
