Does this happen if you hold the winder in a non horizontal
possition ? I had a winder 2 with this behaviour if I made
pictures in nearly vertical or why so ever top-down position.
In plain horizontal position all was fine. (This also happened on
another body so that wasn't a problem with the OM4 but the winder.
Another possibility: you havn't screwd the winder completely to the
OM4 body but I guess you have checked this already many times.
