I received a 35-70 f3.6 in the mail the other day for almost nothing. The
glass is clean, but the focusing is slightly gritty sounding. I'm guessing
this is _not_ normal. What then, is the source of the sand-like grinding
sound, and is there any easy fix? I realize a CLA is not economically
feasible, right? This is the lens 360 ball bearing if I remember correctly.
