If these pictures are to be taken during a performance with an 
audience, then you cannot use flash at all. You will need a long lens, 
like your zoom set at 210mm, a monopod, and fast 800 speed color print 
film. For full body shots off stage, use the 50mm. For head and 
shoulder shots, use the zoom set to 70-100mm. If the portraits are off 
stage either before or after the performance, then you can use flash 
then.
