[OM] Swedish OM links (believe it or not but they actually do exist!)

Hi all

Here's some Swedish OM links. I've tried to translate the Sw text on the
starting
page of some of these sites to give you some idea of what they are saying
Realize
of course that they are of real interest only to a few on this list, but I
figured
that the mere fact that they exist would be enough reason for them to be
mentioned
here. ;)

Some beautiful images from Ulvön (eng: ~Wolf Island) in Ångermanland in the
north
of Sweden taken with OM-1 and OM-4Ti.
The text says:
"These images are taken with Olympus OM1 and OM4 Ti.
All images are shot on Ulvön which is situated at Höga Kusten in Ångermanland.
Ulvön has a population of about 35 inhabitants, but are visited during the
summer
by 60-75 000 tourists.
Ulvön consists of two islands: Norra (North) and Södra (South) Ulvön.
Ulvöhamn is a small fishing village on the north island."

Intervision Kameraverkstaden AB. The only authorized service dealer for Olympus
in
Sweden. Swedish text version.

English text version of the same site.

http://www.astromedia.se/olympus/

Astromedia. The only Sw photo dealer that supplies the complete OM system today.
The text says:
"Olympus SLR's and Zuiko lenses are living legends. Contrary to the other big
manufacturers Olympus only focuses on SLR's for specific professional customer
groups who require full control over the exposure. In other words manual focus
and
complete control of aperture and shutter speed. And not least a shutter that
works
also in extreme cold and heat, even after the batteries have been exhausted.

The latest SLR to be introduced is OM-3 Ti which came 1995. OM-3 is in the
spirit
of OM-1 which was discontinued in 1987, but as late as 1987 was appointed "The
best 35mm cameras ever" by 200 photographers in the magazine Buying Cameras.

Since Olympus is the astrocamera No. 1 in the world and there is no photo dealer
that actively markets the SLR cameras that Olympus is still manufacturing,
Astromedia sees it as their duty to supply the OM system in Sweden. The camera
bodies, Olympus Zuiko lenses and some accessories are listed on this page. The
rest of the accessories will be displayed with the link "Tillbehör" in the left
frame -- until then: any inquiry can be mailed to info@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

All prices are incl. VAT. Any shipping within Sweden will be added. Be aware
that
any order for Olympus SLR's and Zuiko lenses and accessories are regarded as a
special order, since they are not in stock in Sweden but are ordered from the
Swedish general agent against order once a month from Germany.

You can download a brochure in Adobe Acrobat-format covering the Olympus SLR
cameras and Zuiko lenses from our site. Click the link "Systemkameror" for SLR
cameras and "Objektiv" for Zuiko lenses."

Comment: This dealer has not been selling Olympus gear since 1989, but since
jan -99 they have resumed sales of Olympus SLR's and Zuiko lenses. Now, isn't
this
worth a little encouragement so say?

"Olympus OM och Zuiko". Unofficial page with some OM history in Sw (sorry, too
long to translate) made by an Oly fan (the same person that owns Astromedia I
think).

Anyone who knows of more Sw links?
