Gregg,
Haven't seen this one, I used to own an Olympus BH (not just for the
initials!) microscope and the adapter.
My guess is that this adapter is for an endoscope.
Microscopes do not use any type of bayonet mount on the eyepiece end and,
the height would be about twice as high as one in photo.
Judging by the height of the adapter and size of optics, I'd say endoscope
(that's when you'd use a #9 screen)!

Does anyone have any experience with microscopes and OM cameras? What
exactly is this part used for?
