Concerning ergonomics, you already mentioned, the Bounce Grip 2 and
T-45 is excellent, very important for our manual focus Zuiko. I also
have a Bounce Grip 2 to use with my T-32. 

My opinion is the Metz 45 cannot compare with a T-45, Metz 45 only
cover 35mm while T-45 cover 24mm. AT full power the Metz also recycle
much slower than a T-45, but I don't know if external power pack can
improve a lot.
