Hello all,
I think it was Susan who asked about any Leap Year surprises a few days
ago. Well, I was very surprised, My wife called me at work to tell me
her water had broke (this would be three weeks early!) but she had no
contractions. So I rushed home and took her to the hospital. Sure
enough, by 7:30 PM I had a new baby girl on my hands, and a "Leapling"
at that. Nicole is 8lbs 1oz (3.72Kg), 19.5" (495mm)lg, not bad for
three weeks early! Mom is doing ok but severe headaches kept her over
for a couple of days more. With luck I will get to bring them home
tomorrow.
OM content: I really learned the value of multiple camera bodies. You
cannot change lenses and flashes fast enough in some situations.

P.S. What is a "42/1.2 OLYMPUS TELEVISION LENS" I saw one on eBay
today. I'll bet Tom Scales doesn't have this one... yet.
