[OM] AC Adapter for Flash question

Hi

I have two different AC adapters for flash.  One reads: F. AC,Adapter
                                                        Input AC, 120V  50/60Hz
                                                        Output DC, 100V 10mA
This one fits the T20, T32, BG 2 and maybe more.

                                             the other: Electronic Flash AC, 
Adapter 2
                                                        Input  AC, 100V  
50/60Hz  5 VA
                                                        Output DC, 200V  10mA
What is this one for?  It won't fit the above mentioned equipment.
