All the photodo Zuiko results confirm is something which was a known
fact all along: that MTF data do NOT supply comprehensive descriptions
of lens performance.

the problem with photodo is that they don't do the full MTF at every
aperture and every focusing distance. they give a number that is an
average of sorts over a few of the readings. complete MTF is widely
recognized as giving a fairly comprehensive, though not 100 omplete,
description of lens performance.
