===========================
Fuji NPH 400 or Super G 800. The 800 gives up almost nothing in grain to
the 400 and is a remarkable film.
===========================

SG 800 is noticeably grainier than SG 400. If you shoot SG 800 at
EI 640 or 500, the grain in the shadows tightens up some, but still
not as tight as SG 400.

But the Superia/Super G films are high contrast whereas
NPH 400 is medium contrast. For an ISO 800 medium contrast
film, try NHG-II 800, and for an ISO 400 high contrast film
try Superia 400 (that used to be called Super G+ 400).
