Try the newer poly thin gloves. They work great. I wore a pair on New 
Year's eve and had no problems at all.

The tamron adaptall mounts appear to be larger in outside diameter than 
my zuiko lenses, such that a tamron lens can interfer with a tripod 
mounting plate, depending on the plate design of course. I took a 
hammer to my cheap tiltall tripod to fix that problem....<g>
