Dave,

Remove the little phillips screw on the underside of the film advance
lever.  Progressive disassembly down to the locking tab (which is otherwise
simply like a washer fitted to the film advance shaft).  Simply flip this
over and replace on the film advance shaft and reassemble in reverse order.
