I am not familiar with the 32CT7, but I'll make some guesses:
1. You will need the special Metz cord to allow off-camera use. OR-
2. You will need an Olympus TTL Auto cord -length from ~.6 meter up to the
maximum of 5 meters IN COMBINATION WITH-
3. Olympus T20 adapter. This brings the cord connection back out to a hot
shoe connection for the flash to "sit on".

You will have TTL flash with same function as T-32 flash, but not the
function of the F-280.
