Perhaps, if you feel that an image could do with being improved in this
manner, and if you have the time (an important consideration!), you might
send the image back to the submitter with a comment? To me, this falls in
line with one of the ideas of ADITL: helpful, constructive critiquing. I'm
not suggesting that people depend on you to punch up their work, or anything
of the sort; I'm merely saying that if you feel that such critiquing would
be helpful, that you should feel free to offer it.
