[OM] Bounce grip 2

Bought a bounce grip 2 (used/no manual) and now am wondering if I should
leave the batteries in the T32 or remove them. Without/with the batteries,
it charges up fine. Question is, am I overloading it leaving the batteries
in? Anyone own the manual so I don't burn up my flash?
