I swap my 300mm mount to my 65-116 tube all the time. I believe we had a
thread about this a while ago, and all removable tripod mounts are the
same - 300, 400, 85-250, 65-116 etc. Someone posted that they can differ
between left and right hand tightening nuts, but all mine are the same
(left). They have the same Oly part number.
