."..Recently, I just have bought an Olympus 35 RD (In 200 pesos, that is
about
20 dollars), and I do not know what all the buttons and rings on it do... I
don't even know if I can interchange the lenses..."

You need a book on basic photographic technique - from a public library
perhaps, and read it in conjunction with your camera to understand its
functions. The 35RD is an excellent camera and has the following features:
Coupled rangefinder (look through the viewfinder and note the overlapping
images in the centre while you rotate the front focusing ring - marked with
distances)
The lens ring nearest the body is the shutter speed selector,
The next ring can be used to select the lens apertures manually, or set it
on 'A' and they are automatically selected by the camas's exposure meter if
you have a battery fitted to it. Keep the lens cap on (in place) when not in
use or the battery will run down.
You can not change the lenses of a 35RD, which you bought, incidentally, at
a very low price if it is in good condition.

I hope this is some starting help.
