Hi Mike,

Films from refridgerated cabinets is available from most photo processors
in major Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. I am faniliar with the three
towns and I never had any problems.

Having the films hand checked is also not a problem I always have mine
handchecked. Unfortunately, i am not familiar with Indo-China and I cannot
comment on that.
