In a message dated 99-02-01 03:02:55 EST, you write:

<< The Ti has an FX contact in lieu of an X contact to operate the F280. This
contact is synchronised with the switching off of the trigger switch - when
the
 first shutter blind starts travelling.

So it should be possible to use full synchro on any electronic camera if you
can get a good idea of the delay from the time of pushing the shutter to the
time the first shutter curtain opens. This info goes into the internal timer
which tics off until this time interval is over and signals the CLK terminal
to show high resistance to start the F280. The clock then waits a specific
length of time until the second shutter curtain has closed and then tells the
DB terminal to go high. I suppose there isn't a spot in <OM4T (1,2,3, 4 etc.)
that tells when the first shutter is opening or when the second shutter has
closed to make this easy.
