More properly "Camera Grip 1". Someone else asked where it can be got
and how much: www.olympusguy.com, US $17. It's a bit of plastic which
screws onto the front/side panel at right and can probably make
handling a bit quicker for some people.

Apparently the motor drive governor is set to 3.5 fps rather than 5 to
accommodate the program mode. (From www.zuiko.com, I think.) I only
have the winder, so I don't care. 3.5fps is still faster than on many
new cameras.
Features like program mode and autofocus benefit those owners who don't
need them by increasing volume and lowering costs.
