The simplest way is to get two rings: a Leica M-42x1 adapter ring (f.i.
Benatti F.2016) and a 42x1-OM adapter ring (f.i. Tresor 0766 or Benatti
V.120). Ask Massimo Benatti 02/435461.
Of course you can use this combo for macro only.
