For MS Outlook users (which is a decent enough product otherwise), you need
to do 2 things:
Choose Services from the Tools menu, select Internet Mail and click the
Properties
button, click the Message Format button and uncheck the "Use MIME..." checkbox.
You will now send your message attachments UUENCODEd, which will probably
stuff something else up somewhere.
More importantly, before sending a message to the list, double-click on your
message's "To:" field and uncheck the "Always send to this recipient in
Microsoft
Exchange rich text format" checkbox.

You won't? OK: the ssshluck-boiiiing noise an OM1 makes is entirely and
completely perfect. In fact I don't even bother putting film in.
