It wouldn't.  A filter is a plane parallel element (meaning it has no
optical power).  Thus, all coatings do is change its light transmission.
However, otherwise clear multicoated filters can change the color
balance of a lens slightly.  Probably not enough for you to notice in
everyday work, though.
