Mine has a detachable camera fixing, which clamps into the bellow with a single
thumb screw. It can be released and rotated to put the camera at whatever angle
you like. I usually withdraw it from the bellows altogether, clip it to the
lens camera lens m
ount and then remount the two back onto the bellows.
