Garth,
Although they don't come in packets (actually loose), the most cost
effective way I've gound to purchase the stuff is at a craft store.
They use it to dry flowers etc. It is reusable etc., comes in a 3 or 10
pound
tub with the 10 pounder going for $14 USD. I know that it still must be
packaged, but I can do a lot of packaging for the money differential.
