Does anyone know if the rear element for an early 300/4.5 is still
available? I saw a used silver ring 300 for sale today that had a
very noticeably delaminated rear element. The dealer was asking
$395(!!!) knowing it had the problem. He tried to tell me that since
it was on the rear element it wouldn't matter, even though looking
through the lens you could see colored streaks where it was separated.
Is this part still available and what would it cost to have it
replaced?
