You could try this line: "I am a professional photographer (or a
perfectionist) and I need to obtain a good sample when testing new film
stock. The one third variation in EI can upset my clients and I must make
best use of the opportunities which your wonderful country (for Oz Customs)
offers for taking fantastic, but properly exposed photographs. Only in this
way can I hope to promote Australia for tourism."
