Lucky you - where did you find a used Kirk 4th leg?  I'm sure that's a great
solution to your (our) need.  I just went to their web site (kirkphoto.com) and

could find no such animal.  I sent an e-mail asking if it's still available.

BTW, whose 500 F/4.5 do you use. This isn't a N*k*n, is it ?g?
