Hello All,
I stumbled accross a Motor Drive 2 on the weekend, It was in a local
camera shop for $200 AUD. I ended up buying for for about $150. After I
got it home I found that whilst it wound perfectly the film counter did not
work correctly. After much investigation I found that the battery holder
that holds the two SR44's had become loose and was making internmittant
contact. After a little "Bending" it is now perfect.
I think the original owner may have sold it because of this problem, as at
some stage it has been pulled apart. The problem is that the idiot has not
put back all of the screws.
So my question is Where can I get a set of screws to suit the Motor Drive 2.
And also if there is some sort of overhaul for the rubber gaskets on the
drive?

ps, This MD thing should be classed as a lethal weapon ;-) Being able to
"BURN" a roll of film in about 5 seconds is very impressive......
