Vince is an all right guy. I have talked to him before. He may still work in
customer service and is quite product knowlegeable. Most of the staff refers
you to Sales about pricing. Once there you get the age old inquiry" are you a
consumer or a dealer". Now however you call in and get sorted out right away
via the voice prompts: Consumers press 1, dealers press 2!
