I find the same. The problem is I think that on the phone they deal with a
lot of people who are only trying to find out what the lowest price is and
have no real intention of buying at that time, hence they are reluctant to
deal. Face to face in the shop they know that once you walk out without
buying you are very unlikely to come back and pay more later.
