Hi all:
Just bought an M. Remote Control 1 from B&H, condition 8. It was in the
worst condition I'd ever seen any used item. The positive power lead
was corroded and had to be replaced, and the thing is generally grungy.
But it works now! Lesson: if B&H says it's an 8, expect to have to make
repairs or send it back to them.
Now... this guy has, in addition to the cord that goes to the
winder/motor drive, a jack for a 2.5mm phone plug. Is this for external
power? Or is it a jack where you can put a second cord, and use the
same control for two cameras simultaneously? Or is it something totally
different? This unit didn't come with an instruction manual, and Oly
seems to be out of them.
