Hello Frank! I know who the party is that is looking for the 250 film
cannisters. This kind of problem occurs infrequently in doing business by
the net and by mail order. I have found that unless you have the actual
confirmation (e.g., a credit card #, or other evidence of intent to pay)
you are best to just write it off as a bad experience. If a large sum of
money is involved and you had to spend money, that can be accounted for,
in order to acquire the equipment, and it is not refundable, then you may
have a case. In my situation, I mark it up to customer relations and go on
with life!

I too have been trying to help this person obtain fim magazines. Paul.
