Thanks for the input. I was talking about the two small "L" shaped strips
surrounding the focusing screen that the mirror hits on it's way up. Glad to
hear you think I can replace those OK. Always looking to save a buck. Gives
me more money to pay you with when I need a real repair! : ) . You mention
foam inside the body or foam sealing cracks should receive professional
care. Does that indicate that users should not attempt to replace the light
seal foam themselves?
