Garth,

You're absolutely right about those rights, we should think about that!

About the look and feel of the site, I have some first ideas:

Maybe an edited section dedicated to the discussions going through this list
would be appropriate, like having a section about flashes and fill in flashes,
which would include short descriptions of techniques and some photos using
those techniques. Another section could be dedicated to the wish list, (Which
seems to get everybody's imagination go wild), this one could include sketches
and stuff like that...

One thing though, is that all the editing is not a job just for one or two
persons, so if we'd like to go ahead and do it, every member (or at least more
than five with free time) should dedicate one or two hours a week for this
amazing task, I myself am willing to put some work into this thing (I have some
knowledge in HTML and web creating techniques).

I even think that if this site is going to look nice and be filled with nice
photographs made by all of us, it could serve as a real cyber gallery with the
possibility of everybody offering their works of art for some profit.

Anyway, it can be anything from small and simple to big and very interesting.

Again, the legal issues should be thoroughly examined and should comply with
international laws.
