An article in the Nov or Dev issue of Shutterbug, on VC printing, had a table 
showing these values for Kodak and Ilford papers.

If you can't find this, I can probably find it here - the school has a variety 
of enlargers including Beseler Dichroics, so we must have the values somewhere. 

Let me know if you can't find the Shutterbug article.
