Hello fellow Olympians,
As a previously silent observer, I think it's time I added my comments
on this:
1. Which one of the new OM bodies (OM reissues with possibly a few new
features, one under $500, one ca. $700, and an OM-5 under $1500) would
you
buy in the next 2-5 years? Just one or two or all three? (You have to
ask
your own pocketbook and your buying habit.)

2.Would you like to have an autofocusing OM-x? (Be honest. You don't
need
to be realistic here.)
No, because I don't intend to replace all of my existing lenses.
3. Would you be willing to have a somewhat larger OM body so that
several
new features may be accommodated?
No - one of the main attractions of OM cameras is their compactness.
4. What is the single most important feature of the OM body that you
would
like to see retained? Please narrow your preferences down to the single
feature. I will not count those votes with two items here.
Fullest possible compatibility with the existing OM System.
Additional comments: My ideal OM camera would be based on the OM2SP. It
would have the same metal body, 1/250th sec. flash sync. and fastest
shutter speed of at least 1/2000th sec. It must have completely reliable
electronics - no battery drain! On a different note: a high-resolution
digital camera with OM lens mount would also be an interesting addition.
Alternatively, what about an interchangeable digital back for existing
OM bodies?
So, what about it Olympus?
