They are not the same.  Konica did it first, bringing out the Hexar lens in
a Leica M mount around two years ago.  The entire production run of 2000
sold out immediately with no publicity.  Ricoh did it sometime last year
with the GR1 lens and the same thing happened.  I don't know how many were
made of the Ricoh lens.  I have never seen them advertised, never seen them
in the used market.

The 16mm lens for the Contax G1/G2 has been advertised by one US store in a
Leica M mount also, but that might be an aftermarket conversion by a third
party.

Given that Olympus at one time manufactured lenses in a Leica mount, it
seems like it would be interesting, but first they will have to come up
with a better lens than they have put on the point and shoots.  The SLR
lenses are a little big (except for the discountinued 40/2) for the M.
